Zina Hodge is the proud Co-founder and Executive Director of Implementation of Linebacker Performance. Her professional experience in leadership roles across the field of education (K-12, higher-ed and for-profit) span more than a decade. She enjoys advocacy, mentoring and empowering others!

Edward Bradwell Jr is an active father of 3 young men. He is a passionate educator serving as the athletic director, head track coach, and defensive coordinator at Gulf Middle School in New Port Richey, Florida. Edward played outside linebacker at Florida Atlantic University where he ended his career as a defensive MVP. Edward's goal is to take the knowledge he has obtained through years of experience of "hammering nails" and impart it into the linebackers he develops. 

Fernando Vargas specializes in Strategic Initiatives. Since the age of 20, he has been traveling nonstop perfecting his craft. Over the years, Fernando has been part of TV Production, Sport Production, and Corporate Event Management. He is now married and a multi-business owner covering different sectors.
